Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets in the building materials sector.
  • Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with key B2B clients, including contractors, developers, and architects.
  • Prepare and present competitive quotes, negotiate terms, and close deals end-to-end.
  • Manage client orders, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of any issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product innovations, and competitor activities to position our offerings effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, marketing, and operations) to streamline processes and improve customer experience.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year of proven experience in B2B sales within the construction or building materials industry.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing high-value deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build long-term client relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of building materials, construction processes, and industry standards.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
