Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in the semiconductor market.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with global clients, including OEMs, distributors, and manufacturers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to secure long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and marketing, to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to position our products effectively.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor sales or technical B2B sales.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor products, applications, and industry dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel internationally as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
