Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for heavy equipment.
- Identify and engage potential clients, including construction companies, contractors, and government agencies, to generate new business opportunities.
- Provide technical presentations and demonstrations of heavy machinery, highlighting features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with the technical and after-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any post-sale concerns.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements in heavy equipment.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to maximize profitability while meeting customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Business or Sales degrees with relevant experience will also be considered.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in heavy equipment, machinery, or industrial products.
- Strong technical knowledge of heavy machinery, including excavators, loaders, bulldozers, and other construction equipment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Indonesian.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software is a plus.
