Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential customers through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation.
- Present and demonstrate motorcycle products, highlighting features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to ensure repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to provide informed recommendations.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for achieving targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid motorcycle license and familiarity with motorcycle products and specifications.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned regions in Bali.
