Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales revenue.
- Identify and pursue business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations) to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, track KPIs, and provide regular reports to management.
- Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring profitability and alignment with company goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to position solutions effectively.
- Participate in local and regional sales meetings, trade shows, and networking events to expand the client base.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record of at least 2+ years in sales, account management, or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel occasionally within Bali or to client sites as needed.
- Prior experience in B2B sales, industrial products, or manufacturing sectors is a plus.
- Residency in Bali or willingness to relocate (work permit assistance may be provided for eligible candidates).
