Responsibility
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to refine sales strategies and improve lead generation.
- Provide exceptional post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
- Participate in local and regional sales events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or a related field (1+ years preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and a passion for achieving targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
