Responsibility
- Develop and execute field sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets in assigned territories (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Conduct in-person client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to drive conversions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through proactive follow-ups.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching market trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with campaigns and promotions.
- Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, including forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance metrics.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments to effectively address client inquiries.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in field sales, direct sales, or business development (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (additional Indonesian language skills are a plus).
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) and occasionally to other regions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for field visits.
