Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for institutional accounts in Bali.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, including hotels, restaurants, and hospitals, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, cold calling, and networking within the hospitality and healthcare sectors.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to secure contracts and close deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless client onboarding and support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and product offerings.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management on a regular basis.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in institutional sales, B2B sales, or account management, preferably within the hospitality, healthcare, or FMCG sectors.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Deep understanding of the Bali market, including key players in the hospitality and healthcare industries.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali to meet clients and attend industry events.
