Responsibility
- Lead and manage a sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets in the construction and building materials sector.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market presence and increase customer acquisition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including contractors, developers, and distributors.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling sales materials and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Train, mentor, and motivate sales staff to enhance productivity and performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the construction, building materials, or industrial sector.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to manage high-value client relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools to track performance and forecast revenue.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment and travel as needed within Bali and other regions.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a significant advantage.
