Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including hotels, restaurants, and commercial kitchens.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to exceed performance goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals with enterprise clients.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the commercial kitchen equipment or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing and developing a sales team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is an advantage.
