Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in assigned territories.
  • Conduct market research and canvassing to identify and engage potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive repeat business.
  • Lead negotiations and closing deals with a focus on maximizing profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present data-driven sales reports to management, highlighting performance metrics and market insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and brand messaging.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client retention and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management (minimum 2 years preferred).
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and use insights to refine strategies and improve performance.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
  • Willingness to travel across Bali’s key business districts as required.
