Responsibility
- Assist senior sales executives in daily operations, including customer inquiries, follow-ups, and sales documentation.
- Participate in product training sessions to develop in-depth knowledge of Isuzu vehicles, features, and benefits.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets through proactive customer engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights in the automotive sector.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, service, finance) to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients under supervision.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and inventory status.
- Represent the company at local events, auto shows, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Passion for the automotive industry and a willingness to learn about vehicle specifications and sales techniques.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Willingness to relocate to Badung, Bali, or travel as required for training and assignments.
- No prior work experience required—training will be provided.
