Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential merchants through proactive outreach, including cold calls, visits, and networking events.
- Present and demonstrate the value of our merchant solutions, tailoring pitches to meet business needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by acquiring new merchant partnerships and upselling additional services.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for expansion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and support for new merchants.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, market feedback, and performance metrics.
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or sales tracking software is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali to meet with clients.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is advantageous.
