As the Head of Region, you will spearhead our sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and ensure operational excellence across key locations including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, and Kuta.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll monitor sales performance (daily, weekly, and monthly), develop traffic-boosting initiatives, and execute SOPs to maintain our brand’s reputation for quality and service. Your strategic vision will shape our regional success, leveraging Bali’s dynamic market to maximize sales and customer engagement.

Responsibility

  • Sales Performance Oversight: Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Revenue Growth Strategies: Design and implement programs to boost foot traffic, conversion rates, and average transaction values across retail outlets.
  • SOP Compliance: Ensure all regional teams adhere to company Standard Operating Procedures for sales, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in Bali’s tourism hotspots (e.g., luxury resorts, duty-free shops, and high-end retailers).
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts to drive partnerships and promotions.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts to guide decision-making at the executive level.
  • Brand Representation: Act as the face of Chocomory in the region, ensuring brand consistency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven Experience: Minimum 5+ years in regional sales management, preferably in FMCG, confectionery, or luxury food industries.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong data analysis skills to interpret sales data and derive actionable insights.
  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of Bali’s retail and tourism landscape, with existing networks a plus.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to create and execute data-driven sales strategies tailored to local market demands.
  • Communication: Fluent in English and Indonesian; exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
  • SOP Adherence: Commitment to maintaining operational excellence through strict adherence to company policies.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields; MBA is a advantage.
