Responsibility
- Lead and manage branch operations to achieve sales targets and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth in the FMCG sector.
- Oversee inventory management, logistics, and warehousing operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost control measures.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate branch staff to ensure high performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management, preferably in FMCG or logistics.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
