Responsibility
- Coordinate sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups with clients.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and sales events.
- Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to the sales team.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales coordination or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Knowledge of the engineering industry is a plus.
