Responsibility
- Monitor and analyze automated intent and sentiment signals within the Atlas Co-Pilot platform to identify at-risk accounts and renewal opportunities.
- Proactively engage with clients to address concerns, highlight value propositions, and negotiate contract terms for timely renewals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Success, Finance) to align on renewal strategies and resolve escalations.
- Maintain accurate records of contract timelines, client interactions, and renewal metrics in CRM systems.
- Develop and implement personalized renewal playbooks tailored to client segments, industries, or usage patterns.
- Provide insights to product and marketing teams based on client feedback to improve retention strategies.
- Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly renewal targets and KPIs (e.g., renewal rate, upsell/cross-sell revenue).
- Stay updated on SaaS industry trends, competitive offerings, and Movate’s product roadmap to inform client conversations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; equivalent experience accepted.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales, account management, or customer success, with a focus on contract renewals.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding renewal targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills with a client-centric approach.
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analytics platforms to track performance.
- Familiarity with AI-driven tools (e.g., intent/sentiment analysis) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a reliable internet connection.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are advantageous.
