Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets in assigned territories across Bali.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, healthcare providers, and individual customers.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase Maxicare’s healthcare solutions and their benefits.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute promotional materials tailored to the Bali market.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management review.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and Maxicare’s product offerings to provide informed recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in healthcare, insurance, or B2B sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
