Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market penetration in Baliâs industrial and commercial sectors.
- Identify and engage potential clients, including contractors, distributors, and end-users, to expand the customer base.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the advantages of Thermovarâs pipe solutions.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to customize solutions based on client specifications and requirements.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to management.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals while maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to position Thermovar as a market leader.
- Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting and follow-ups, to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A technical background is a strong plus.
- Proven track record of 3+ years in B2B sales, account management, or technical sales, preferably in the pipes, plumbing, or industrial supplies sector.
- Strong understanding of pipe systems, materials, and industrial applications (e.g., PVC, CPVC, HDPE, steel).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales analytics tools.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Residency or legal work authorization in Indonesia is preferred.
