Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the plastic packaging industry.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our packaging solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the packaging or manufacturing industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
