Based in Bali’s vibrant communities (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung), you’ll enjoy a dynamic work environment with the flexibility to engage with a diverse range of clients while contributing to the financial inclusion of the region.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute local sales strategies to onboard merchants and businesses to Coins.Ph’s payment solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, SMEs, and financial service providers.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand local payment trends in Bali.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for merchant acquisitions, transaction volumes, and revenue growth.
- Provide training and support to merchants on using Coins.Ph’s platform, ensuring smooth adoption.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote Coins.Ph’s services through local events, workshops, and digital campaigns.
- Gather customer feedback and relay insights to the product team to enhance our offerings.
- Stay updated on regulatory and compliance requirements for digital payments in Indonesia.
Qualifications
- Proven 2+ years of experience in field sales, business development, or account management, preferably in fintech, payments, or banking.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Deep understanding of Bali’s local business landscape and merchant ecosystems.
- Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with digital payments, cryptocurrency, or blockchain is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
