Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand distributor networks and drive sales growth in South Luzon.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing distributors, ensuring alignment with company goals and policies.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure timely and accurate product availability across all GT channels, coordinating with logistics and supply chain teams.
- Conduct regular field visits to distributors, providing training, support, and performance feedback.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and drive product visibility.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and distributor activities to senior management.
- Identify and onboard new distributors, negotiating terms and agreements to expand market reach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, distribution, or channel management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of managing distributor networks and driving sales growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Willingness to travel extensively within South Luzon and other assigned regions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
