Responsibility
- Manage and service a portfolio of existing customer accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Proactively follow up with clients to address needs, resolve issues, and identify upsell opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategies to open new sales accounts, expanding the companyâs market presence in Bali.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, trends, and competitive insights.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Track sales performance metrics, report progress, and adjust strategies to meet quarterly targets.
- Represent Galla Med at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to build brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in sales, account management, or business development (preferably in B2B or healthcare/medical sectors).
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Familiarity with the Bali market and existing professional networks are advantageous.
