Responsibility

  • Prospect & Acquire: Actively identify and engage potential clients in the industrial, logistics, and warehousing sectors to expand our customer base.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly revenue goals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts through regular follow-ups and tailored solutions.
  • Product Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Hyster-Yale’s lift truck products, features, and competitive advantages to address client needs.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations, overcome objections, and close deals with a focus on profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to refine sales approaches.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and client onboarding.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and forecasts to track performance and adjust strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven Sales Track Record: Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably in industrial equipment, machinery, or logistics.
  • Hunter Mentality: Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable with cold outreach, networking, and high-volume prospecting.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English proficiency with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
  • Negotiation Prowess: Strong closing skills and experience handling complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with material handling, forklifts, or heavy equipment is a plus but not mandatory.
