Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to acquire new customers in the pneumatic and hardware industry across Indonesia.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the pneumatic and hardware sectors.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and internal stakeholders in Mandarin and English.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback to management.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Mandarin (written and verbal) with excellent communication skills in English.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the pneumatic, hardware, or industrial products sector.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM software and sales tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Willingness to travel within Indonesia as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about sales and customer relationship management.
