Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to assess performance and explore areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
- Prepare and present reports on account status, sales performance, and market trends to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar sales role, preferably in the MT sector.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
