Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential merchants in Bali’s key commercial areas (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) to adopt BukuWarung’s EDC solutions.
- Conduct in-person or virtual presentations to demonstrate the benefits of our digital payment systems.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for merchant acquisition and activation.
- Provide end-to-end support to merchants, from onboarding to troubleshooting, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local campaigns and promotions to drive merchant sign-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, merchant feedback, and market trends in CRM tools.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with merchants to maximize retention and upsell opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting digital payments.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition, preferably in fintech, banking, or payment solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Familiarity with Bali’s business landscape and local merchant networks is a plus.
- Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of EDC machines, POS systems, or digital wallets.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali to meet merchants on-site.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
