Responsibility
- Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed individual and collective goals.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and brand messaging.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a sales team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
