Responsibility
- Develop and maintain a robust client portfolio through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by promoting SeaOilâs products and services.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the fuel and energy sector.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Track sales performance metrics and submit regular reports to management.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, product knowledge, and competitive offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Filipino or Indonesian languages is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM software or sales tracking tools is advantageous.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-based environment.
- Basic understanding of the fuel/energy industry or willingness to learn.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop/smartphone for remote work.
