Responsibility
- Oversee and manage a portfolio of key client accounts to ensure smooth daily operations and long-term business growth.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize revenue, profitability, and client retention.
- Collaborate with finance and logistics teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, invoicing, and timely delivery of services.
- Monitor account performance, identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling, and address any client concerns proactively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Work closely with the sales team to align account strategies with overall business objectives and market trends.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account health, financial performance, and growth opportunities to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in account management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role, preferably in the trading or logistics industry.
- Proven track record of managing key accounts, driving revenue growth, and exceeding performance targets.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze account performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment, with strong self-discipline and time management skills.
