Responsibility
- Identify and qualify high-potential leads through outbound strategies (cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, etc.).
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects aligned with company targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and ensure smooth transitions.
- Utilize CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to track interactions, update lead statuses, and generate reports.
- Research and analyze market trends to refine lead generation tactics and improve conversion rates.
- Craft personalized, compelling messaging to engage prospects and spark interest.
- Monitor and optimize lead generation campaigns for maximum ROI.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or business development (1+ years preferred).
