Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share in the IT commercial sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve team productivity.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals and market trends.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the sales team’s product knowledge and selling techniques.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and upsell/cross-sell initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the IT commercial industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage a high-performing team.
- In-depth knowledge of IT products, solutions, and industry trends.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
