Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitive insights.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, support) to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and alignment with company goals.
- Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or customer service (1+ years preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
