Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in Bali.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, including contractors, developers, and industrial facilities.
  • Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations to showcase Thermovar's piping solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts, prepare proposals, and close sales deals while ensuring profitability.
  • Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting and technical assistance, to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of products.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports for management review.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the piping, construction, or industrial sectors.
  • Strong technical knowledge of piping systems, materials, and installation processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
