Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in Bali.
- Identify and engage potential clients, including contractors, developers, and industrial facilities.
- Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations to showcase Thermovar's piping solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, prepare proposals, and close sales deals while ensuring profitability.
- Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting and technical assistance, to maintain client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the engineering and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of products.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the piping, construction, or industrial sectors.
- Strong technical knowledge of piping systems, materials, and installation processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
