Responsibility
- Engage with potential customers in assigned territories to promote Island Maxx's Fiber Internet and HD Cable services.
- Conduct in-person consultations to assess customer needs and recommend suitable packages.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through follow-ups and exceptional service.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to participate in local events and promotional activities.
- Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
- Uphold the company's values and brand reputation in all customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in telecommunications, internet services, or related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong ability to work independently.
- Basic technical understanding of internet and cable services is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territories and work flexible hours as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or sales certifications are advantageous.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools or sales tracking software.
- Residence in or familiarity with Bali's key areas (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) is preferred.
