Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets for Zoomlionâs heavy equipment portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, dealers, and distributors across Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and other target areas.
- Conduct regular field visits to identify new business opportunities, assess customer needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to organize product demonstrations, trade shows, and promotional events to boost brand visibility.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical support and training to clients and dealers on Zoomlionâs equipment features, benefits, and applications.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to regional management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the heavy equipment, construction, or industrial machinery sector.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a field-based role.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Valid driverâs license and willingness to travel extensively across Bali and surrounding regions.
- Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales analytics tools.
- Passion for heavy equipment and a deep understanding of the construction and industrial sectors.
