As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction with Zoomlionâs world-class equipment. This role requires a hands-on approach, with a willingness to engage in field work to meet clients, assess market needs, and close high-value deals.
Based in Badung (covering key areas such as Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, and Kuta), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of heavy equipment sales in Bali. Responsibility
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for heavy equipment in Bali.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including contractors, construction firms, and government agencies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the heavy equipment sector.
- Lead field sales activities, including client visits, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials for regional markets.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry developments and Zoomlionâs product portfolio to effectively position solutions to clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in heavy equipment, construction, or industrial machinery.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a regional or field-based role.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and potentially other regions as required.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a significant advantage.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
