Responsibility

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings with a solution-oriented approach
  • Coordinate cross-functional project teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services and resolve any logistical challenges
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure profitable deals while maintaining long-term relationships
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and lead-generation initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Proven track record of 3+ years in sales, account management, or business development
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages a plus)
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple accounts and deadlines
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and a drive to exceed targets
  • Familiarity with Bali’s business landscape is advantageous but not required
