Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to attract high-value corporate and luxury event clients in Bali and beyond.
- Identify, pursue, and convert leads through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs.
- Collaborate with event planning, marketing, and operations teams to create compelling proposals and seamless event executions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and track sales performance using CRM tools.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to foster long-term client relationships and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in event sales, corporate sales, or hospitality sales, preferably in luxury or high-end markets.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Deep understanding of the MICE industry, event logistics, and client expectations.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally internationally for client meetings or events.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
