Are you a dynamic and results-driven Senior Event Sales Executive with a passion for creating extraordinary experiences? Icem Global Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated professional to join our team in Bali, where you’ll play a pivotal role in driving revenue through high-impact event sales.

In this role, you’ll leverage your expertise in lead generation, client relationship management, and deal closure to secure premium corporate and luxury events. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design tailored event solutions that exceed client expectations while contributing to our company’s growth in one of the world’s most sought-after destinations.

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to attract high-value corporate and luxury event clients in Bali and beyond.
  • Identify, pursue, and convert leads through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs.
  • Collaborate with event planning, marketing, and operations teams to create compelling proposals and seamless event executions.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and track sales performance using CRM tools.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
  • Provide exceptional post-sales support to foster long-term client relationships and repeat business.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in event sales, corporate sales, or hospitality sales, preferably in luxury or high-end markets.
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Deep understanding of the MICE industry, event logistics, and client expectations.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally internationally for client meetings or events.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
