Responsibility

  • Identify and engage with potential clients, including individuals, educational institutions, and corporate partners, to promote training courses and academic programs.
  • Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and recommend tailored educational solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and effective closing techniques.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement sales strategies that drive lead generation and conversions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging educational technologies to provide informed recommendations.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients in a professional and persuasive manner.
  • Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure client retention and referrals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education, training, or corporate learning sectors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with AWS or other technical training programs is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
