Responsibility

  • Identify and qualify high-potential leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn engagement in the IT sector.
  • Develop and execute targeted lead generation strategies to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly KPIs.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and optimize conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the IT industry.
  • Nurture leads through personalized follow-ups, ensuring a seamless handoff to the sales team.
  • Stay updated on product offerings and industry developments to deliver compelling value propositions.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance to continuously improve processes.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English (written and verbal) with excellent communication skills.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or business development, preferably in the IT/tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and lead qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT, MEDDIC).
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, and social selling techniques.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) with stable internet connectivity.
