Responsibility
- Identify and qualify high-potential leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn engagement in the IT sector.
- Develop and execute targeted lead generation strategies to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly KPIs.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and optimize conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the IT industry.
- Nurture leads through personalized follow-ups, ensuring a seamless handoff to the sales team.
- Stay updated on product offerings and industry developments to deliver compelling value propositions.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance to continuously improve processes.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) with excellent communication skills.
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or business development, preferably in the IT/tech industry.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and lead qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT, MEDDIC).
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, and social selling techniques.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) with stable internet connectivity.
