Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff, to promote APEX Pharma’s products.
- Identify and establish new business accounts, expanding the company’s market reach in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Conduct product presentations and educational sessions to healthcare providers, ensuring they are well-informed about the benefits and usage of our pharmaceutical portfolio.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through strategic planning and effective execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide insights and recommendations for product and sales strategy improvements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns and materials tailored to the local market.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence using CRM tools.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business, Marketing, or a related field. A degree in Medicine or Life Sciences is a plus.
- Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in pharmaceutical sales, medical sales, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including product knowledge, regulatory requirements, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) is highly advantageous.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
