Responsibility

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to maximize performance and productivity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners to drive long-term business growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
  • Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals to expand the company’s market share.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales efforts with brand messaging and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role in the FMCG, retail, or corporate sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop talent.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English (additional local language skills are a plus).
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
