Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic outreach programs to attract new members, including cold calling, email campaigns, and in-person networking.
- Represent the organization at local events, trade shows, and community gatherings to promote membership benefits and opportunities.
- Conduct personalized consultations to understand prospective membersā needs and tailor pitches to highlight relevant value propositions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling promotional materials, including brochures, social media content, and presentations.
- Track and report on membership growth metrics, analyzing data to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing members to encourage referrals and renewals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to position our organization as the premier choice for membership.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns to ensure a positive experience for all prospects and members.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or membership recruitment, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in digital tools, including CRM software, email marketing platforms, and social media channels.

- Familiarity with Baliās business and social landscape is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
