Responsibility
- Engage with potential members through various channels, including in-person meetings, calls, and digital platforms.
- Present the benefits and value propositions of our membership programs to prospective clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain members, ensuring consistent growth in membership numbers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.
- Track and report on membership metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Participate in local events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to increase visibility and membership.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to position our membership programs effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with a persuasive and confident demeanor.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for achieving results.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track progress.
- Flexibility to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for promotional activities.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
