Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts using CRM tools.
- Participate in local and regional sales meetings, trade shows, and networking events to expand the company’s footprint.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or account management (2+ years preferred).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a hunger to overachieve targets and drive revenue growth.
- Familiarity with the Bali market or experience in Southeast Asia is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
