Responsibility

  • Develop and implement international sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing client bases.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients, including distributors, wholesalers, and direct buyers in target regions.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals while maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
  • Attend international trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company’s products and services.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export/import laws, and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in international sales, preferably in the agricultural, livestock, or FMCG sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share in global markets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales analytics tools.
  • Deep understanding of international trade practices, logistics, and customs regulations.
  • Ability to travel internationally as required (up to 30% of the time).
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
