Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with dealers and key stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and implement strategies to improve productivity and profitability.
  • Conduct regular meetings with dealers to address concerns, provide support, and identify opportunities for collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and ethical standards in all business dealings.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Organize and participate in sales events, promotions, and training sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
  • Resolve customer and dealer inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
  • Proven track record of at least 3 years in sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on coaching and development.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Familiarity with the direct selling industry and market dynamics in Bali or Indonesia is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.
