Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with luxury wedding venues, hotels, and event planners across Bali.
- Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the wedding and events industry.
- Conduct consultations with clients to understand their vision and present tailored wedding packages.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, design) to ensure seamless execution of wedding events.
- Attend industry events, bridal fairs, and networking functions to promote the brand and generate leads.
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports to track performance and identify trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships and secure repeat business.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the wedding or hospitality industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Passion for the wedding industry and a deep understanding of luxury market trends.
- Willingness to travel across Bali and occasionally beyond for client meetings and events.
