Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with luxury wedding venues, hotels, and event planners across Bali.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the wedding and events industry.
  • Conduct consultations with clients to understand their vision and present tailored wedding packages.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, design) to ensure seamless execution of wedding events.
  • Attend industry events, bridal fairs, and networking functions to promote the brand and generate leads.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports to track performance and identify trends.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships and secure repeat business.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the wedding or hospitality industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Passion for the wedding industry and a deep understanding of luxury market trends.
  • Willingness to travel across Bali and occasionally beyond for client meetings and events.
