Responsibility
- Promote and sell Kingfisher Condominium units to prospective buyers through consultations, property tours, and presentations.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored property recommendations.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling sales materials, including brochures, digital content, and virtual tours.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and property features to effectively position Kingfisher Condominium as a premium choice.
- Prepare and present sales reports, tracking progress against targets and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in property exhibitions, open houses, and networking events to expand client base and brand visibility.
- Provide exceptional post-sale service to ensure client satisfaction and foster referrals.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in real estate sales, luxury property, or high-value consultative selling (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the Bali real estate market is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Professional appearance, confidence, and ability to engage with high-net-worth individuals.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, such as Mandarin or Indonesian, are advantageous).
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings or events.
- Valid driver’s license and access to transportation.
